Our founder, Mr. Wise, spent 25 years at the highest levels of commercial new construction. From complex engineering at the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center to managing a team of over 40 plumbers, he's seen how the biggest buildings in Oklahoma are put together.
But he noticed a problem: the industry was built on barriers. Between general contractors and rigid designs, the actual building owners were being left behind. Systems were built to meet a minimum code and last just long enough to pass the warranty—not to serve the person paying the bills.
We decided to change that. Mr. Wise closed his large-scale construction firm to return to what matters: helping people. By moving into the service industry, we've removed the middleman. Now, that same high-level engineering expertise used on multi-million dollar projects is available for your home.
